Code of conduct

In its business relationships, Luxottica Group acts on the principles of loyalty, fairness, transparency, efficiency and impartiality.

Luxottica Group employees and external collaborators acting on behalf of or for Luxottica Group in business relationships of interest to Luxottica Group and in relationships with public administrations are under obligation to behave ethically and in compliance with the law, their conduct being oriented to the utmost transparency, fairness and efficiency.

In commercial or promotional relationships, employees are also under obligation to adopt a line of conduct compatible with Luxottica Group policies and which may never entail, albeit in pursuit of the corporate purpose, any acts against current law, regulations or Company procedures relating to specific business functions.
