Claudio Costamagna

He was born in Milan in 1956.

He has been a Director of Luxottica Group S.p.A. since 2006.

Mr. Costamagna holds a business administration degree from Università Bocconi in Milan.

He held important offices in Citigroup, Montedison and Goldman Sachs where he served for many years as Chairman of the Investment Banking division for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He is currently Chairman of “CC e Soci”, a financial advisory boutique he founded. Mr. Costamagna is also a member of the International Advisory Board of the Bocconi University and Virgin Group and Chairman of Impregilo S.p.A., Adviseonly SIM and AAA S.A. Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of Directors of DeA Capital S.p.A., Il Sole 24Ore S.p.A., Virgin Group Limited and FTI Consulting Inc.
