He has been Alternate Auditor of the Company since April 2012, appointed by minority shareholders.
He graduated in Business Economics at the University La Sapienza in Rome in 1994. He received his master in Labor Law in 1997.
He is a registered Auditor and a Qualified Certified Accountant.
Since 2002 he has started his own firm, specializing in corporate legal advice, fiscal advice, accounting and data processing.
