Luxottica meets DDIM students

On November 21st, Luxottica met the students of DDIM (Double Degree International Management), the dual degree organized as a joint venture between Milan’s Università Bocconi and Shanghai’s Fudan University.

45 students had the chance to meet a large part of the management of Luxottica whose lively and enthusiastic first-hand accounts of their work afforded valuable insights into how our Characteristics translate into real, living ways of interpreting and carrying out our work.

Nicola Pelà, Antonio Miyakawa, Paolo Alberti, Paolo Ciarlariello, Sergio Azzolari, Davide Rivolta and Antonio Fornaroli presented our organization, with a specific focus on the APAC area.

An informal Q&A session after the presentations allowed the students to chat to the whole HR team about the career opportunities available in Luxottica today. Their enthusiastic feedback reflected the uniqueness and the unusual openness showed in this special occasion.
