In December, LensCrafters opened two flagship stores in New York City with a new design look: an expanded selection of designer eyewear styles, the latest in new technology, and services that make the shopping experience complete and focused on customers’ individual needs, from quality eye exams to shopping for the perfect frame.

The new stores also provide a more personalized experience to consumers. It is now easier to browse the assortment of frames thanks to the increased access to information through personalized interaction with store associates and digital technology.

The expanded assortment of optical and sun styles will give the brand a larger footprint in the eyewear market, leveraging Essilor’s expertise in lens as a resource to help keep people healthy and seeing well with innovative vision care solutions.

After New York City, LensCrafters plans to roll out more flagship stores in 2021, with San Francisco set for a Spring opening
