THE NEW VALENTINO EYEWEAR COLLECTION TAKES CENTER STAGE WITH A FLASH MOB

A surprise set of coordinates leads four strangers to Place Vendôme for a flash mob featuring Valentino Eyewear.

On a sunny morning in the beginning of June, four newcomers to the city of Paris received a package with a pair of sunglasses and coordinates inside. “I signed up for a flash mob group on Facebook last night, I think it’s from that,” one of them recalled. Curious as to what exactly they had involved themselves in, the four girls followed the coordinates to Place Vendôme, where they were swept up into dance for Valentino Eyewear.

This first Valentino’s eyewear digital project was launched globally on June 10th on the Maison  social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Weibo, WeChat, Line), while on valentino.com a section entirely dedicated to the new eyewear collection has been published, to highlight bold oversized frames featuring street style references with sophisticated details.
