Global Eye Care

Each year, Luxottica employees travel to developing countries to operate two-week temporary optical clinics, providing free vision care and eyewear to locals in need. To date, OneSigth has conducted more than 160 Clinics in 31 countries, helping more than 3 million people.

Each year, OneSight volunteers and doctors travel to developing countries worldwide to hand-deliver free vision care and eyewear to thousands of adults and children in need. Each two-week, temporary optical Clinic is staffed by 35 Luxottica employee volunteers and doctors. Recipients are given a thorough eye health check and eyewear for those in need. During each Clinic, volunteers dispense both optical and sunglasses to up to 20,000 people in need.
