Luxottica Group S.p.A. (NYSE: LUX; MTA: LUX), a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury and sports eyewear, announced today that the following documents are available at the Company’s registered office, at Borsa Italiana (www.borsaitaliana.it ) and on the Company’s website www.luxottica.com: a draft of its audited unconsolidated financial statements and its audited consolidated financial statements as of and for the year ending on December 31, 2009, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the Report on Operations, the Report on Corporate Governance, each approved by the Board of Directors on March 1, 2010, together with the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
