The new collection is inspired by the original Persol design of the 1940s reinterpreted in five refined new models with elegant, minimalist designs enhanced by original acetates.

Galleria ’900 is another fascinating product story that began in Persol’s archives. The immense historical heritage of the brand - a symbol of Italian design, artisan expertise and materials and crafting of superb quality – is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for new models that express Persol’s timeless style that evolves, but maintains strong links with the past, reinterpreting forms and colors to captivate a global, contemporary audience while remaining true to its authentic values of craftsmanship and excellence.

The new collection consists of five models – two sun and three optical – inspired by the minimalist, stylish design of the 40s. Lightweight, elegant and very comfortable frames, reflect the style of that period characterized by smaller sizes and slimmer profiles. The temples with the Meflecto system have a particular design and the bridge has the characteristic key shape. In the two sun frames the Supreme Arrow - the unmistakable Persol symbol that was also created in the 40s – has been resized.

The optical models are round (PO 3141V and PO 3143V) or square (PO 3142V) and come in warm, bright colors from classic havana and black to unique acetates with brown, blonde and blue striped textures. The two sun frames are square (PO 3148S) or round (PO 3152S) and are available in black and havana or in the new hues of brown with blonde stripes and brown with gray stripes. The lenses, including the polarized versions, vary from green to blue to faded light brown.

Another point of interest: all the communication materials were also inspired by the original catalogs of the 1940s and they convey all the authentic flavor of the period. Visit the gallery to see all the models!
