Luxottica and Valentino announce the termination of their license agreement

Milan (Italy), 1 December 2021 – Luxottica Group and Maison Valentino today announce that the license agreement for the design, production and distribution of prescription frames and sunglasses worldwide under the Valentino brand will come to an end on June 30, 2022. The agreement went into effect in January 2017.

Valentino and Luxottica have enjoyed five successful years of a mutually rewarding relationship based on enthusiasm and shared passion that gave life to innovative collections. The companies will continue to value their partnership until the agreement expires.
