(MTA: LUX; NYSE: LUX) announced that the Company’s by-laws which have been updated with the issued share capital as of May 31, 2012 are available on the Company's website at www.luxottica.com in the Governance/By-Laws section and on Borsa Italiana’s website at www.borsaitaliana.it.
