Milan, Italy – October 23, 2018 – Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby provides notice of the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of October 22, 2018, which have been filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on October 23, 2018 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increase approved by the shareholders at meeting held on June 14, 2006.
