Luxottica: notice of change in share capital at April 15, 2011

Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby notify the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of April 15, 2011, filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on April 19, 2011 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increases resolved by the shareholders meeting on September 20, 2001 and the shareholders meeting on June 14, 2006.
