Luxottica: notice of change in share capital at December 31, 2010

Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby notify the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of December 31, 2010, filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on January 12, 2011 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increases resolved by the shareholders meetings on March 10, 1998, and September 20, 2001.
