Luxottica: notice of change in share capital at February 28, 2011

Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby notify the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of February 28, 2011, filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on March 2, 2011 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increases resolved by the shareholders meeting on September 20, 2001.
