Luxottica: notice of changes in share capital

Milan, Italy – April 18, 2013 – Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby provides notice of the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of April 17, 2013, which have been filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on April 18, 2013 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increases approved by the shareholders at meetings held on September 20, 2001 and June 14, 2006.
