Notice of change in share capital at November 30, 2010

Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby notify the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of November 30, 2010, filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on December 1, 2010 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increases resolved by the shareholders meetings on March 10, 1998, and September 20, 2001.
