Notice of change in share capital at October 31, 2010

Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby notify the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of October 31, 2010, filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on November 9, 2010 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increases resolved by the shareholders meetings on March 10, 1998 and September 20, 2001.
