Notice is hereby given that the audited unconsolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2009 as approved by the Ordinary Meeting of Stockholders on April 29, 2010, the audited consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal
year 2009 both prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), together with the additional Reports required by law, are available at the Company’s registered office, at Borsa Italiana (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the Company’s website www.luxottica.com.

The Annual Report on Form 20-F for fiscal year 2009, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is available at the Company’s Registered Office, on Luxottica Group’s corporate website www.luxottica.com on the SEC website (www.sec.gov) and at Borsa Italiana (www.borsaitaliana.it).

The minutes of the shareholders meeting will be available at the Company’s Registered Office, on Borsa Italiana’s website and on the Company’s website within fifteen days from the date of the meeting.
