Notice is hereby given that the half year financial report of Luxottica Group S.p.A. for the period ended June 30, 2018, together with the report of the independent auditors, is available at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website (www.luxottica.com) under the Company/Investors/Annual Reports and Publications section and on the authorized central storage platform “eMarket Storage” available at www.emarketstorage.com.

Notice is hereby given that, following the approval by the Chinese antitrust authority of the combination with Essilor on 26 July 2018, the half year financial report for the period ended 30 June 2018 includes an update on the matters reported in the press release published on 23 July 2018.
