The Ray-Ban Autumn/Winter 2015-2016 collection includes exciting new versions of Ray-Ban Aviator, Ray-Ban Wayfarer and Ray-Ban Clubmaster styles, which appear in a variety of color and material combinations. 

Since its launch in 1937, Ray-Ban has been a symbol of adventure, functionality, and design. From the first ever Ray-Ban Aviators, created for U.S. Air Force pilots, to the unique, universal design of the Ray-Ban Wayfarer model and new classics such as the vintage Ray-Ban Clubmaster, the history of the brand features a reel of timeless icons.

The Ray-Ban 2015-2016 collection is undoubtedly revisiting the brand’s origins, with variations on some of the most distinctive, unique sunglasses ever created.

A new version of the classic Ray-Ban Wayfarer model is born. Fine acetate is treated to give this wayfarer a “Distressed” effect along the front section and temples. The result is a perfect pair of sunglasses whose seemingly imperfections merely enhance the charm. “Distressed” colors include Black, Streaked Havana, Havana, Havana Brown and Havana Blue.

In homage to the original models created for US Air Force pilots, the Ray-Ban Aviator range is reinvented here in gilded metal. These legendary ‘37 Ray-Ban Aviator frames have been treated to achieve a “Distressed” effect and create the illusion of a lifetime’s worth of trendy wear and tear. Available in gilded metal, with green or brown lenses.

For the very first time, the iconic Ray-Ban Clubmaster model has been reproduced in exquisite wood. The noble, natural material of the frame is offset with rubber, guaranteeing maximum comfort, extreme flexibility and optimum resistance. Available in three versions: cherry, maple and walnut. The vintage, authentic vibe for this Clubmaster is given a modern, exclusive touch – in maple wood with brown rubber and lenses, cherry wood with blue rubber and grey-blue lenses, and walnut wood with green rubber and lenses.

The legendary Ray-Ban Clubmaster is given an ultra-cool makeover thanks to the innovative use of acetate for the frame itself. The distinctive profile of the upper section is adorned with iridescent “Fleck” acetate, contrasting with the black temples. Available in Havana black with green lenses, Havana blue with grey lenses, Havana brown with brown lenses, and Havana green with green lenses.

Lovers of the Ray-Ban Clubmaster will be powerless to resist these new “Wood” versions, created as the name suggests from wood and rubber. The optical frames boast the same eye-catching features as the Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses, with accentuated upper profile and characteristic rivets. Available in maple with brown rubber finishing, cherry with blue rubber finishing, and walnut with black or green rubber finishing.
