Visual well-being is a primary necessity for people and, in full compliance with the safety standards for customers and staff, the brand has managed to guarantee deliveries and repairs, the use of an appointment system capable of covering the whole region.

Salmoiraghi and Viganò have devised a series of measures to reach their customers directly at home: empowerment of the Contact Center, home deliveries and the option to pay digitally and remotely in order to minimize unnecessary travel as much as possible.
